Geometry
- 4 standard roof pitches: 4-7/16” on 12”, 6-11/16” on 12”, 8-7/8” on 12”, & 13-5/16” on 12”
- Standard floor to floor: 8’-10-1/2”, with increases in 7-5/8” increments
Allows for the same stair and rail pitches
- Plans are based on a 4’ grid. Gable cross sections are typically 4’ increments, but the length of the ridge can be in 2’ increments.
- Spans are generally limited to 16’ @ roof (2x12’s) and 18’ - 20’ @ floors (11-1/4” truss)
- 2x4 wall panels are typically 4’ wide (8’ max Domestic, 7’6” overseas). Wall panel heights can range from
3” to 18’ . 2x6 wall panels are available.

Structural System
- Type 5b construction (can be 5A protected frame). For Residential: 2 story typical, 3 story if allowed by code, 4 story if 5A and equipped with sprinklers
- 2x4 or 2x6 exterior bearing walls
- for clear spans, posts and beams support floor trusses and rafters
- solid ply at exterior walls required in 2’4” segments @ corners & every 24’ after that

- 4’ wide 2x4 (or 2x6) wall panels w/plywood and windows installed
